This Privacy Policy explains how Build Pro LLC ("Build Pro," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information and other data in connection with the Build Pro Portal. Build Pro may use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Build Pro Portal
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Configure dashboards, scorecards, training modules, and workflow tools
• Import and display data from authorized integrations such as QuickBooks Online
• Generate Build Pro AI responses, summaries, recommendations, and in-product assistance
• Personalize the service based on trade, business profile, goals, targets, and usage context
• Communicate with users about service-related matters, support, updates, billing, and account activity
• Improve the service, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights and security

If data protection laws such as GDPR apply, Build Pro may process personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or other lawful bases as applicable. Build Pro may share information with the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

Build Pro retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain authorized integrations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service and its users.
